On a typical day, you’ll
• Take responsibility for overall WFM delivery, support and execution across programs
• Ensure all members of the team are focused on the delivery of company financial goals as well as operational expectations of the clients.
• Maintain long term/short term staffing forecast guide
• Interact and consult with HR on recruiting and attrition
• Assists in analyzing client metrics and staffing on a constant basis in order to maximize and make recommendations on a global level for all operations across multiple clients/programs
• Maintain awareness of emerging WFM tools in the industry
• Periodic review of the tools against others to ensure company uses cutting edge techno log
Desired Candidate Profile
• Computer savvy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• College graduate • Competency using MS Office applications
• 4-5 years of managing the WFM function in a contact center setup
• Strong data analysis and reporting
• Expert in staffing, scheduling, forecasting, real time
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects at the same time
• Strong follow through and organizational skills
• The passion and drive to make a difference
