What we want:
We are looking for a Sales Operations team and looking to grow with our Business Unit – IncrementX – The Representation Partner of the Digital Publishers. The role is for supporting our North America Based Sales Team in their outreach to brands and agencies around reaching the undervalued and underrepresented diverse niche audiences.
What will you do:
•Managing the entire CRM including creating accounts, contacts, and deals and managing the flow of deals pipelines.
•Consistently and systematically initiate sales leads, and calls and pursue prospects to secure meetings; win referrals and explore sales opportunities.
•Solicit information from clients to effectively qualify and scope opportunities/deals; play an active role in discussing and developing solutions with ground sales teams and clients.
•Managing the Complete ownership of RFPs and RFIs
•Understand client business issues and match them to our capabilities/revenue opportunities; Control the sales process and pipeline through effective targeting of clients to win the business, develop and execute a targeted relationship and account development strategy.
•Utilize sales cycle methodology, account, and relationship development methodology.
•Establish and develop long-term client relationships.
•Build trust with the clients.
•Accomplish and exceed goals with his challenging, complex organizations.
•Project executive presence and professional sufficient to interact with media buyers and C-level executives.
•Meet significant targets and goals with minimal oversight and direction on a daily, weekly, or even monthly basis.
•Preferred Qualifications Experience: 3-5 Years Job Type: Hybrid & Night Shift – 8 AM to 5 PM EST Approx. 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM India Time.
•Must have strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
•Understanding of how agencies & brands market and measure their success.
•Minimum 2 years of media industry experience in working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
•Experience in sales and marketing in a sales/commission-based role in the advertising agencies
•Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally Experience in working for matrix organizations & ability to win the support of key internal cross  functional stakeholders
