What we want:
We are seeking a candidate who has strong knowledge and hands-on experience on payroll compliance as well as labor law.
What you will do:
•This position is responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll workings and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities.
•Overall responsibility for payroll compliance.
•Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e., PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, Labor Law Compliance.
•Responsible for Wages state compliance i.e., Return Filing, UAN updating, etc
•Responsible for Leave Encashment, Gratuity, Maternity and Paternity compliance.
•Ensuring timelines are met for all statutory compliance
•Representation in Labor department where required.
Requirements
• Any graduate from commerce background only
• Strong knowledge on payroll workings
• Strong knowledge on PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, Labor Law Compliance
• Salary – 2.16 LPA
