- Ensuring customer’s satisfaction as per the SLA’s.
- Handling emails and chat from customers and providing them with a solution to their queries.
- Should be aware about US culture.
- Good customer handling skills.
- Should have excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Job Responsibilities: –
- Providing splendid customer service to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
- Improve customer’s experience with the services provided by clients.
- Making sure that customer’s issues are attended and all of their concerns are resolved immediately.
- Suggest effective ways through which the client can promote its products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that customer’s confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes.
- Qualification: -Under Graduate / Graduate
- Experience: -Fresher/Experienced
- Should be open for night shift.
- It is work from office only
- No cab facility
