We are hiring for international voice process

Job Description: –

  1. Ensuring customer’s satisfaction as per the SLA’s.
  2. Handling emails and chat from customers and providing them with a solution to their queries.
  3. Should be aware about US culture.
  4. Good customer handling skills.
  5. Should have excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

 

Job Responsibilities: –

  1. Providing splendid customer service to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
  2. Improve customer’s experience with the services provided by clients.
  3. Making sure that customer’s issues are attended and all of their concerns are resolved immediately.
  4. Suggest effective ways through which the client can promote its products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  5. Ensure that customer’s confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes.

Required:

  • Qualification: -Under Graduate / Graduate
  • Experience: -Fresher/Experienced
  • Should be open for night shift.
  • It is work from office only
  • No cab facility
  • 5 Days working
  • Rotational offs

Salary – CTC up to 4.80 LPA
