AGM Finance and Accounts

About the role                                                                                                                                                                              Working on a high-growth trajectory, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual in their Compliance team. As a member of the function, he/she will make a significant contribution to the direction of the Legal and Compliance function.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Person will be responsible for the financial management of the organization. Considering the size of the company, the finance manager performs a wide range of responsibilities which includes, but are not limited to:

• Managing the financial reporting for the organization
• Managing and overseeing the company’s financial systems
• Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Payroll and Financial Accounting functions
• Overseeing the preparation of Bank, Inter Company reconciliations, Sales and Purchase reconciliations
• Ensuring tax compliances including TDS, GST, Excise, VAT etc.
• Overseeing the compliance with statutory liabilities – PF/PT/ESIC/Leave encashment/Gratuity
• Regular Ledger scrutiny and ensuring the correct accounting treatment of all Incomes and Expenses
• Reviewing the Fixed Asset Register for correctness and completeness
• Ensuring the compliance with provisions of Companies Act in case of loans/advances to/from related parties
• Monitoring Inventory at regular intervals
• Fund flow statement
• Monthly / Quarterly MIS
• Facilitating the Statutory Audit function

What are we looking for:

• Candidate should be very good at MS Office
• Should have knowledge of Accounting Standards and provisions of Companies Act, 2013
• Min 3 years of experience in Audit & similar functions
• Good communication skills
• Experience – 8 to 15 Years in Finance & Accounts
