Roles and Responsibilities:
Person will be responsible for the financial management of the organization. Considering the size of the company, the finance manager performs a wide range of responsibilities which includes, but are not limited to:
- Managing the financial reporting for the organization
- Managing and overseeing the company’s financial systems
- Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Payroll and Financial Accounting functions
- Overseeing the preparation of Bank, Inter Company reconciliations, Sales and Purchase reconciliations
- Ensuring tax compliances including TDS, GST, Excise, VAT etc.
- Overseeing the compliance with statutory liabilities – PF/PT/ESIC/Leave encashment/Gratuity
- Regular Ledger scrutiny and ensuring the correct accounting treatment of all Incomes and Expenses
- Reviewing the Fixed Asset Register for correctness and completeness
- Ensuring the compliance with provisions of Companies Act in case of loans/advances to/from related parties
- Monitoring Inventory at regular intervals
- Fund flow statement
- Monthly / Quarterly MIS
- Facilitating the Statutory Audit function
What are we looking for:
- Candidate should be very good at MS Office
- Should have knowledge of Accounting Standards and provisions of Companies Act, 2013
- Min 3 years of experience in Audit & similar functions
- Good communication skills
- Experience – 8 to 15 Years in Finance & Accounts
