Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Plan the company’s requirement strategies concentrating on sales
  • Determine hiring requirements for the sales team
  • Create and nurture a talent pipeline of qualified Sales Representatives
  • Work closely with the Ozone Sales leadership team to support all their recruiting needs
  • Perform full-cycle, volume recruitment of sales professionals

  • Familiarity with prescribed key performance indicators (KPIs) for salespeople
  • Proven experience of automating and improving all aspects of the recruitment process
  • Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • Prior experience working with ATS systems
  • 2-3 years of Sales Recruitment Experience
