Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan the company’s requirement strategies concentrating on sales
- Determine hiring requirements for the sales team
- Create and nurture a talent pipeline of qualified Sales Representatives
- Work closely with the Ozone Sales leadership team to support all their recruiting needs
- Perform full-cycle, volume recruitment of sales professionals

- Prior experience working with ATS systems
- 2-3 years of Sales Recruitment Experience
