Job Description:
Our Operations Executive (handling customer communication) play a crucial part in the mission to deal with the different set of customers for appointments, establishing contact with the non-responsive customers, accurate and professional customer service to all our customers. In a fun and fast-paced environment, this position requires Call, Email and Chat communication with customers.
What will you be doing
- Connecting with customers for delivery
- Communicate courteously with customers
- Handle customer complaints/enquiries or requests
- Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;
- Work across different teams (Sales, operations, delivery) for effective and fast issue resolution
What we need in you.
- Experience in working on communication platforms tools
- Experienced in Calls & Emails
- Excellent communication skills
- Should speak Good in English, Hindi
- Strong sense of customer empathy
- Willingness to work during weekends
Salary Upto – 12k Inhand
Jobs Type – Part Time
Job Timing – 7am to 11am
