Cancellations
You may cancel your Job Preparation Package within 48 hours of payment, provided no session has been held and no resume work has started, by emailing career@eyesonjobs.com with your payment ID.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days. Once a session has been held or resume work has begun, the fee is non-refundable.
Service delivery
All services are delivered online, by phone or at our Gurugram office. No physical goods are shipped. Your consultant will contact you within one working day of successful payment.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money was deducted but your payment failed, or you were charged twice, the amount is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5 to 7 working days. If not, contact us and we will help.
