Senior Executive Human Resource Jobs in Gurgaon

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Screen and shortlist candidates through multiple sources (job boards, consultants, references) as per the defined JD
  • Schedule and align interviews of the prospective candidates to close Positions as per timelines
  • Coordinate, plan and execute the engagement events across FA Units as per the Annual Engagement Calendar
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the HRIS, configuring settings, workflows, and customizations as needed.
  • Trouble technical issues, collaborating with IT or vendors for resolutions
  • Continuous working on HR Strategies aligned with overall business strategy

Requisite Skills:

  • Experience with HR software, HRMS
  • Sound knowledge of MS-WORD, MS-EXCEL & MS-POWERPOINT, MS – OUTLOOK
  • Familiarity with Job Portals for Recruitments
  • Proven work experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Good communication skills both verbal & written.
