Sales Manager (Horeca) jobs in Gurgaon

Responsibilities

  • Maximize volume and value in the assigned food service sectors like – Hotels, restaurants, Cafés, Bakeries, Caterers, Institutions etc.
  • Responsible to acquire new customers in all the B2B channels.
  • Work with existing HORECA distributors and appoint new distributors in the channel
  • Work on a Sales Pipeline and update on timely basis
  • Manage customer relationship by generating orders and solving on ground challenges
  • Generate orders and track fulfillment of the orders
  • Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports on the sales pipeline and progress
  • Create a market potential plan and update on monthly basis
  • Ensure daily call targets are achieved and visit planning is done on weekly basis
  • Maintain relationships with purchase managers, chefs, unit heads etc.
  • Build the on ground sales team as the business grows

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and creating content that engage, inform & motivate
  • Working on excel is a must
  • Team management and leadership skills

Salary – 5.00 to 8.00 LPA

Experience – 5 to 8 Years
