- Maximize volume and value in the assigned food service sectors like – Hotels, restaurants, Cafés, Bakeries, Caterers, Institutions etc.
- Responsible to acquire new customers in all the B2B channels.
- Work with existing HORECA distributors and appoint new distributors in the channel
- Work on a Sales Pipeline and update on timely basis
- Manage customer relationship by generating orders and solving on ground challenges
- Generate orders and track fulfillment of the orders
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports on the sales pipeline and progress
- Create a market potential plan and update on monthly basis
- Ensure daily call targets are achieved and visit planning is done on weekly basis
- Maintain relationships with purchase managers, chefs, unit heads etc.
- Build the on ground sales team as the business grows
